And he said this not entirely keeping the disastrous happenings in the financial world in mind but also the fact that the three-pointed star in India was under severe attack from an established known set of rivals that has harried Mercedes-Benz everywhere in the world. However unlike many places where the German prestige car makers have fought it out, it has mostly been on formidable terms but here the three-pointed star seemed to be in a quandary of its own making and sinking under its own weight of indecision and not exactly behaving like the one which ushered in the premium segment in India's car market.
