I just started to try and track down one of the electric vehicles from Jet Industries. My father was President of Jet Industries and I remember his frustration back in the late 70's and early 80's when he was trying to get it manufactured in any kind of substantial way. He passed away in 1991 and I have wished that I could find one of those vehicles, to purchase. I remember riding in his in Vancouver, BC but that may have been the only one in this area. I don't know what became of it. If anyone has any suggestions about how I could find one, I would appreciate hearing from you. thank you |

trishj I just googled jet electric car and this is only one of the results.......http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/Vines/5565/jet.html is this a match?. Only it seems if this is correct they used gliders, ie any car minus its engine as a candidate for electric conversion. Google jet electric car and check out the many options it may lead you to one of the cars. Good Luck |
