The Lumeneo Smera is a Light Electric Vehicle (LEV) under development in France. According their website, the vehicle will be available after the Paris Motor Show in October 2008. Worried about overturning? The Lumeneo Smera is a tilting vehicle. Maximum angle is 25 degrees. The tilt angle is calculated by an internal computer with integrated inertial system. Topspeed is 80mph / 130km/h and range is advertised with 150km or almost 100miles. What I find very attractive and positive about the vehicle is its weight of only 350kg and it can carry 2 persons!
