For those who did not follow much of the drama ... the company has had some serious issues / struggles. Right now there are customers who spent money and are pissed ... which happens with every company ... someone out there always has some horror story of why they hate GM , or MGM , or Pepsi, or McDonalds, Exploding Pintos , etc. , etc... Every company will at some point have issues like this to deal with ... the companies that are able to deal with it and work through it have a chance to make it... the companies that can't will ultimately fail , because major issues are inevitable... be it Valdies with Exon , or the current pipe line with BP. Any person or company who spends any significant amount of money on anything , be it car, house, or EV parts, etc. ... should always be aware of the risks for dealing with a particular vendor ... read the terms of sale ( no matter how many pages ) ... know what you options are in case of a dispute ... and deal with it... it is your responsibility as the customer to protect yourself... cover your own ass. I'm a Receiving agent ... and I can tell you ... vendors mess up all the time ... some you have to fight with ... some you don't , and make it easy ... and some you're just screwed, with little to no options... this is why you have to be patient enough and smart enough to know what you are getting into before you send the check... or make an order... buy be aware ... cover your own ass.
