Hello all,

I've never been as close as this to make my dream come true. My own Twike!

There are a few issues I would like to know though from experienced Twike pilots before I go ahead.

Windshield
In Switzerland, and I believe in the US, Twike windshields are made of acrylic glas (plexiglas). While they are lighter than their german safety glas counterparts, they are also not as strong when using ice scrapers etc.
.If I order a Twike for Switzerland (or the US), do I have the choice which one is to be installed?
.Whats the price difference?
.Which one is recommended?

Newer Twikes vs. older Twikes
Newer Twikes are less 'airy'. From which serial number onwards have they been manufactured this way? Older Twikes also use other electric motors resp. drivetrains I believe. Newer ones are reported to be less noisy. Can I somewhere find out which models have the newer motor installed resp. are less noisy? Does it really matter when considering a used Twike?

New Twike vs. used Twike
I love the look of the new ReDesign Twike. Is the surplus I pay for improved looks, parts and assemblies justified when comparing it with the price you pay for a used one?

Battery Pack
Whether used or new, I am tempted to go for the new Li-Ion batteries. Also your choice?

Many thanks for your tips.
