Here's a great round-up of news on various "green car" subjects. http://xprizecars.com/2008/07/axp-news-july-21st-2008.php But I'm sorry to see they included a link to an "air car", which has been an ongoing scam for 20 years by that company (MDI) and very probably still is. Even if they really are going to manufacture a car this time, that article is still full of misinformation-- such as the claim you can fill up the air tank at a gas station. Air pressure provided by gas stations is only about 100 PSI, far lower than the pressure needed for an air car. |
